About Marketing Team:
The Marketing team is one of the largest and most vibrant Back Office teams, comprising over 90 dynamic, creative, and fashion-forward professionals. As the HAN ecosystem continues to grow, our team, which plays a pivotal role in shaping brands, creating innovative campaigns, and driving strategic initiatives, is seeking new talent to join us on this exciting journey.
As Art Director, you will be in charge of our multi-industry outlets' art strategy, which includes designing a consistent visual identity and marketing materials for various locations and events.
This position requires a dynamic individual with a passion for nightlife culture, an eye for innovative design, and an understanding of what resonates with audiences. You will collaborate closely with the marketing department to ensure that all materials represent our brand identity and offer immersive, unforgettable experiences.
Main Responsibilities:
Concept Development and Visual Strategy

• Lead the creative concept and aesthetic direction for new nightlife and entertainment venues.
• Oversee the details to maintain consistency across all visuals, from seasonal decorations to social media posts.

Event Space Design:

• Collaborate with vendors to develop set designs, ensuring aesthetic and experiential quality in venue layout, lighting, and decor.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with marketing and event teams to plan promotional campaigns.
• Manage a design team to ensure the smooth execution of creative ideas.

Trends & innovative-driven:

• Stay updated on trends in design, music, and entertainment to keep the brand fresh and innovative.

Requirements:

• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• 2-3 years in a similar role, with proven experience in nightlife, entertainment, or lifestyle brands.
• Strong expertise in visual design software.
• Knowledge of environmental design, including signage, set design, and event installations.
• Good understanding of current trends in nightlife, music, fashion, and pop culture.
• Growth mindset, detail-oriented, and a passion for visual storytelling.
