Description

Reporting to the Country Head of Vietnam, this role will assist in documentation, translation, preparation of the application documents, letters of advice, and other relevant registration or licensing aspects.

Job specification

• Carry out legal research and discussions with authorities to determine and implementing the solutions
• Submitting applications to appropriate entities and collecting documents
• Liaising with individuals and entities to execute tasks, following up, handling relating issues, and keeping clients updated
• Providing legal compliance and issue documents as requested
• Ensure the quality of the highest international standards for everything which is undertaken by Apex
• Assisting with the training of licensing officers and interns
• Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned/instructed by the Company

Skills Required:

• Graduate from a University with a major in law
• Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate licensing or related roles as above
• Advanced English (spoken and written)
• Ability to perform legal research and understand legal documents in a professional manner
• Good understanding of licensing processes, DPI requirements, restricted business sectors and other relevant enterprise/business laws
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
