Job Purpose:
Job Description:

• Manage and implement PR projects- lead strategic planning for PR campaigns in Vietnam based on clients’ objectives ensuring progress and quality of work.
• Offer insightful advice and recommendations to clients and team regarding PR, influencer and social media opportunities
• Able to act as first point of contact for the internal team and related third parties
• Participate in new business pitches and establish Golden as an invaluable long-term partner for marketing and communications services to clients
• Mentor, manage and supervise members of the PR & Communications team
• Plan for team development and training
• Lead and coordinate with team to proceed the projects and ensure high performance
• Measure and report performance of campaigns to two partners of the company

Requirements:
Skills:

• Project management skills: managing time, financial and human resources, handling arising issues and risks.
• Client Service skills: consulting and providing solutions for clients, building and developing relationships with clients and partners.
• PR Service skills: building relationships with the media, developing PR content, managing media risks and crises.
• Implementation planning skills: building budget plans and PR plans, assessing the feasibility of plans.

Preferences:

• Experience in technology, nutrition, healthcare industries.
• Experience in implementing PR projects combined with Social outreach and Influencer.
• Experience leading PR projects with a scale of 3 billion VND or more.
• Leadership skills and the ability to lead a small team (1-2 members).

Other

• Media Relations skills in the technology sector.
• Excellent Client Service skills.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related fields.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in PR or equivalent positions.
