***Responsibilities:
1. Pricing Strategies and Competitor benchmark
2. Closely track market feedback and competitor pricing, share insights internally
3. Grow and maintain competitor price “comparable” database
4. Perform pricing analytics to identify pricing trends that impact how to price future deals in the region / country
5. Maintain and ensure data integrity in pricing database using SQL
6. Design, set up, and maintain of a series of automated pricing systems and reports.
7. Analyze and review commercial’s pricing plans to increase competitiveness, directly engaging with local and regional teams
8. Build dashboard and regularly review target margins by product, customer, industry, and geography segment
9. Pricing standard process and monitoring
10. Work closely with the Regional team in deploying and maintaining processes and guidelines

1. Minimum 3 years’ experience in financial analysis related role, ideally with pricing experience
2. Sense check on pricing/promotion & mechanics of commercial all industries / categories
3. Strong analytical and implementation skills, demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines
4. Receptive to learn new skills and competitive mind on getting things done
5. High Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, knowledge of VBA and/or SQL are beneficial
6. Good English skills
7. Positive mindset and a great desire to learn
