Chinese speaking Business Development Manager who can develop a network of contacts to attract new clients and building relationship with supplier and partners focusing to warehouse service & B2B/B2C Logistics services. Be able to systematically escalate problems or variance in the sales plan, customers expectations to the relevant owners and teams and follow through on the resolutions to ensure they are delivered, other tasks or projects as assigned by line-manager. Be able to understand P&L to build up RFQ / dedicated pricing for each customer.

Chinese speaking & writing fluently

1. Education level: Bachelor of Business Administration or Logistics related fields
2. 4. Competency & Experience:
+ At least 05 years experience and knowledge in field of logistics service management and business development of express delivery industry and supply chain industry with customer-oriented focus
+ Strong logical and analytical approach to problem solving with exceptional Influencing skill, facilitation and listening skills
+ High energy and with positive drive. Forward-looking with a holistic approach
+ Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project management lifecycle
+ Develop and maintain strong relationships with logistics vendors, negotiating contracts and rates to optimize costs
