Business Support Executive (F&B), Vietnam
As this will be a critical position to support Business Development team & business growth ambitions across Vietnam, you will be responsible to provide extended business support and work closely with cross functional teams for coordination, operational and administration including sampling, pricing, budgeting and business growth plans, forecasting and reporting, customer complaints and order issues. This role will report directly to Business Development Manager, Vietnam.

The Position:

• Provide business support on various functions relating to existing and new business of customers in Vietnam
• Responsible for the receipt of projects and their accurate and detailed entry into PACE ensuring that all required information conforms to the B2C process
• Coordinate with cross functional departments and keep fully up-to-date on the progression of the project to ensure key customers are well informed and timely and winning submissions.
• Assist manager in organizing and maintaining information of new wins and product/customer submissions
• Coordinate with pricing department and document quotation and other pricing information
• Attend and follow up with customers’ complaints and urgent orders
• Manage client contacts for easier reach to follow up on requests for samples and other necessary information.
• Support Country Director and reporting manager for document preparation, presentation and sales data for both internal and external meetings
• Support Country Director and reporting manager on budgeting exercise and Strategic Growth Plan
• Be the point of contact to key customers when necessary
• Utilise and leverage customer experience platform to provide support to Business Development Manager by prioritize leads and keep track of activities.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Degree in Food Technology, Business or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of business support experience with the ability to translate and explain abstract data insights and good working knowledge on presentation & communication skills
• Possess good project management, strong effective interpersonal & teamwork spirit, agility, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Computer literacy with competence in Microsoft Office Suite and working knowledge on SAP systems is an added advantage.
