Job Responsibilities:

• Overall project management: Ensure project quality and budget effectiveness.
• Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, detailing tasks, timelines, and resource requirements to ensure project success.
• Define Project Goals and Objectives: Work closely with stakeholders to define the project scope, objectives, and desired outcomes.
• Lead Project Teams: Direct project teams in the execution of plans, providing guidance and support to ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Monitor Quality and Progress: Oversee project deliverables to maintain quality standards, ensuring adherence to project goals and requirements.

• Manage and execute customer experience initiatives.
• Develop and implement customer experience strategies.
• Foster a customer-centric culture.

• Develop and execute departmental work plans.
• Manage team recruitment, training, and performance.
• Establish and review employee KPIs.
• Coach and mentor team members.
• Streamline internal processes and external partnerships.

Job Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years of experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role. Candidates from e-commerce platforms and OTA is a plus
• Good English skills Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Project Management).
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in the E-commerce Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Team spirit & strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders

Working Hours: 8:30 am – 6:00 pm from Monday to Friday, and Saturday morning.
