JOB DESCRIPTION
Main objective:

• In-charge on ad-hoc request and enhancement on 2 key domains: Loyalty and Gamification
• Assist operation team to solve product issues, bugs

Outcome:

• Learn how to build digital product (both in theory and practice) and confident to be product management staff
• Knowledge on e Commerce platform especially B2B business model
• Experience on working with diversified stakeholder roles (Business ops, Product ops, Development, UX/UI, Product, etc.)

REQUIREMENTS
Functional knowledge required:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science or related field
• Have career orientation in product development, business analysis or in tech industry

Skills needed:

• Good written and verbal communication skills with good analytical, logical thinking, problem-solving mindset
• Adaptable, open-minded, and comfortable to work with change in a dynamic environment
