JOB DESCRIPTION
You will be responsible for:

• Support to run the projects e.g., Voice of Customer, Customer Persona
• Conduct the communication materials e.g., Content Post, Infographic Poster
• Support from ideas, project planning to logistics tasks for internal/external communication campaign/projects

REQUIREMENTS
Functional knowledge required:

• Fundamental knowledge about Customer Service, Customer Survey, Customer Insights
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Power Point, Canvas, Figma and Basic Excel

Skills needed:

• Effective communication and presentation
• Creative thinking, ability to present the ideas fluently
• Strong passion for working with people and leading engagement activities
