Export CUS - DOC Staff

OB DESCRIPTION:
  • Creating booking in system, Updating & Sending Booking Acknowledge to customer within timeframe
  • Receiving booking information as well as ensuring the equipment arrangements for Operation Dept, timely follow-up
  • Receiving shipping instruction from customer via COSCO system; Customer declaration (AMS/ENS/E-manifest); Checking & amending B/L as customer request regarding cargo weight, commodity, certificate; Freight Calculation; Issue Proforma BL
  • Booking & vessel clean-up within timeframe
  • Create/Verify/Update Customer Profile in the system
  • Handling of customer enquiries and requests professionally to maximize customers’ satisfaction. Tactful in dealing with customer concerns, services recovery, and special service requirements
  • Improve bottom line results by collecting customer feedback for management review and/or suggesting ways to enhance work efficiency
  • On duty list after working hour to check export list with ports
  • Carry out / translate related Chinese reports
  • Other Task required by manager

OB REQUIREMENTS:
  • University graduated in relevant field
  • At least 1-2 years’ experience in shipping lines, handling booking container, cargo, vessel
  • Hardworking, proactive and teamwork spirit
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Good command of English and Chinese
