ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Growth Analytics Specialist for Elfie, you are responsible for collecting and analysing user acquisition data from various sources, leveraging this information to support the growth marketing team to understand user behaviors and make adjustments to global acquisition efforts accordingly.
This role is crucial in helping Elfie to reach as many chronic disease patients as possible in line with our core mission.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Collect, organize, and analyze user acquisition data from various sources, collaborating with the data team to access and understand complex datasets
• Implement and manage mobile measurement partner (MMP) solutions to track and analyze user acquisition across multiple channels and platforms
• Develop and optimize attribution models to accurately measure the impact of various marketing sources on user acquisition and engagement
• Create and maintain automated processes for data collection, reporting, and analysis to streamline acquisition efforts and track key performance
  indicators (KPIs)
• Analyze user lifetime value (LTV) across different cohorts and acquisition channels to inform budget allocation and campaign optimization
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and data teams to align acquisition efforts with business goals, design in-app events for deeper user behavior analysis, and provide data-driven recommendations

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• Proficiency in statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive modeling techniques to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, R, and/or Python for data manipulation, analysis, and automation of reporting processes.
• Familiarity with implementing and managing MMP solutions, as well as setting up and optimizing attribution models to accurately measure marketing impact.
• Native level of English, written and spoken
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
