• Design and implement comprehensive health and safety programs tailored to company operations.
• Develop and update safety policies and procedures in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and hazard analyses to identify potential safety issues.
• Implement corrective actions to mitigate risks and ensure a safe working environment.
• Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Ensure all staff are adequately trained in emergency response, accident prevention, and safe work practices.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other relevant health and safety regulations.
• Prepare and submit safety reports, compliance documents, and accident investigation reports as required.
• Other jobs as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2 - 6 years of experience in the same position.
• Good English communication and teamwork abilities.
