• HMI Development:
• Design, develop, and implement HMI screens for hydraulic, servo motor, and pneumatic systems.
• Create user-friendly graphical interfaces for real-time control, system monitoring, and diagnostics.
• Integrate sensors, alarms, and safety protocols into the HMI for effective system operation.
• PLC Programming:
• Develop and maintain PLC programs using ladder logic, specifically for Siemens systems.
• Program and troubleshoot PLCs to ensure accurate control of hydraulic systems, servo motors, and pneumatic equipment.
• Optimize system performance by integrating efficient control logic.
• Provide technical support and modify existing PLC code as needed.
• System Testing & Troubleshooting:
• Conduct system testing to ensure seamless integration of HMI, PLC, and CNC systems.
• Identify and resolve any bugs or issues within the system logic, mechanical integration, or software interfaces.
• Work closely with the engineering and operations teams to ensure all systems function as required.
• Documentation & Training:
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for all systems developed, including user guides and maintenance manuals.
• Provide training to team members on operating and maintaining the systems.
• Support QA processes by ensuring systems comply with ISO 9001 quality standards.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Educational Background: Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields.
• Experience:
• Proven experience with Siemens PLC programming using ladder logic.
• Experience in designing and programming HMI systems.
• Experience in controlling hydraulic, servo motor, and pneumatic systems.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Siemens PLC systems and HMI development platforms.
• Solid understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, and servo systems.
• Familiarity with automation workflows and manufacturing processes.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
