Job description
1. Customer Communication:
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via email, phone, or other communication channels.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing their needs and concerns effectively.
- Send quotations, meet with customers to discuss their requirements, present our products.
2. Proposal Preparation & Presentation Creation:
- Draft and send proposals to customers based on their requirements.
- Ensure all proposals are accurate, well-structured, and align with company standards.
- Develop visually appealing and informative Power Point presentations about our products and company.
- Collaborate with the sales team to tailor presentations to specific customer needs.
3. Coordination with Engineering and Estimation Teams:
- Follow up with engineers to obtain necessary drawings and technical requirements.
- Liaise with the estimation team to gather cost information and prepare quotations.
- Ensure all technical and cost details are accurate and included in the final quotation sent to customers.
4. Administrative Support:
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions, proposals, and quotations.
- Assist the sales team with other administrative tasks as needed.
5. Flexible Working Hours:
- Be available to work flexible hours, including some evenings, to accommodate customers in the US time zone.
Job requirements
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Power Point and Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge in the metal bending/machinery industry is a plus.
- Be proactive in learning about our products.
