Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Communication:
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via email, phone, or other communication channels.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing their needs and concerns effectively.
• Proposal Preparation & Presentation Creation:
• Draft and send proposals to customers based on their requirements.
• Ensure all proposals are accurate, well-structured, and align with company standards.
• Develop visually appealing and informative Power Point presentations about our products and company.
• Collaborate with the sales team to tailor presentations to specific customer needs.
• Coordination with Engineering and Estimation Teams:
• Follow up with engineers to obtain necessary drawings and technical requirements.
• Liaise with the estimation team to gather cost information and prepare quotations.
• Ensure all technical and cost details are accurate and included in the final quotation sent to customers.
• Administrative Support:
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions, proposals, and quotations.
• Assist the sales team with other administrative tasks as needed.
• Flexible Working Hours:
• Be available to work flexible hours, including some evenings, to accommodate customers in the US timezone.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Power Point and Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge in the metal bending/machinery industry is a plus.
