Responsibilities:

• Video Editing:
• Create, edit, and produce high-quality video content for marketing campaigns, social media, training materials and the company website.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video concepts and storyboards.
• Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Graphic Design:
• Design visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, website banners, email campaigns, promotional materials & training materials.
• Maintain consistency in design and uphold the company’s brand identity across all platforms.
• Work with various departments to fulfill their graphic design needs.
• Website Maintenance:
• Update and maintain the company website, ensuring content is current, accurate, and engaging.
• Social Media Management:
• Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, and others.
• Develop and schedule engaging content to drive audience interaction and brand awareness.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: A degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in video editing, graphic design, and digital marketing.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro), graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Digital Marketing Skills: Knowledge of SEO, social media algorithms, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Creativity: Strong creative skills with an eye for detail and design.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organizational Abilities: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
