[Internship] Accounting and Controlling Intern

In addition, Bosch operates Bosch Global Software Technologies Vietnam (BGSV) as well as an automotive R&D center for mobility solutions in Ho Chi Minh City. As of December 31 2023, Bosch employed approximately 6,300 associates in Vietnam. Bosch has diversified businesses in Vietnam. Today, all four Bosch business sectors, namely Mobility Solutions, Industrial Technology, Consumer Goods, and Energy and Building Technology have operations in the country. Bosch Vietnam is currently active with many business divisions: Mobility Aftermarket, Drive and Control Technology, Power Tools, Building Technology, Two-Wheeler and Powersports and Sales Original Equipment, Aqua Easy, Home Appliances and Supply Chain Consulting.

Job Description
1. Accounting tasks
- Support in creating request to issue output invoices for payment on behalf, asset liquidity, other income, etc.
- Support end-users on accounting related processes (payment, vendor creation, fixed assets, stock taking, tax invoice handling, etc.)
- Support in having accounting documents signed & stamped
- Support in archiving and retrieving of accounting documents
- Support in preparation of data and documents for Internal and External audit, Tax inspection, Customs audit purposes (if any)
- Prepare data consolidation for weekly performance report (sales, net working capital, etc.)
- Prepare monthly P&L analysis of company result
- Support in service recharging among Bosch entities
- Assist CFO with ad hoc financial topics (audit/tax/investment/macro reports, etc.)
Qualifications
- Entitled as full-time student during 6 months internship period with major in Finance/Accounting/Auditing
- Good command over English
- Proficiency in MS (Word, Excel, Power point...) and accounting system (SAP) is required
- Time management and task management skills
- Being details oriented and able to work under pressure
- Dynamic, enthusiastic, high sense of responsibility, integrity with “can do” attitude
- Can work independently with minimal supervision
- Candidates must provide an official recommendation/introduction letter with stamp from their university
