Job Description
Marketing & Communication tasks

• Content Creation: Collaborate to create engaging content for social media & PR Article
• Social Media Management: Support in managing and monitoring social media channels including Facebook, Linked In, Group / Communities. Help in developing and implementing social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Assist in Event Coordination: Participate in the planning and execution of marketing events, trade shows, webinars, and other promotional activities.
• Graphic Design Support: Assist in creating visual assets such as graphics, infographics, and presentations to support marketing initiatives.
• Email Marketing: Help in the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns, including content development, list segmentation, scheduling, and analysis.
• Brand Management: Contribute to maintaining brand consistency across all communication channels and marketing materials.
• Analytics and Reporting: Assist in tracking and analyzing marketing metrics and campaign performance. Provide insights and recommendations for optimization.

Administrative tasks

• Admin & logistic activities
• Other task assigned by Marcom manager

Qualifications

• Entitled as full-time student during 6-month internship period with major in Economics, Marketing, Business Admistration, ... or related fields
• Marketing-related internship (preferable)
• Eloquent in English (Speaking & Writing fluently) and Vietnamese
• Adobe Creative for design & video editing: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro
• Proficient in MS Office (Power Point, Word, Excel, Photoshop,..)
• Knowledge of professional social media platforms: Facebook & Linkedin
• Hard working, detailed oriented, proactive, reliable
• Good team working spirit, Future-focused, Result-oriented, Can-do attitude, willing to learn & develop
• Candidates must provide an official recommendation/introduction letter with stamp from their university
