[Internship] Billing Support and Order Management Intern

As of December 31 2023, Bosch employed approximately 6,300 associates in Vietnam. Bosch has diversified businesses in Vietnam. Today, all four Bosch business sectors, namely Mobility Solutions, Industrial Technology, Consumer Goods, and Energy and Building Technology have operations in the country. Bosch Vietnam is currently active with many business divisions: Mobility Aftermarket, Drive and Control Technology, Power Tools, Building Technology, Two-Wheeler and Powersports and Sales Original Equipment, Aqua Easy, Home Appliances and Supply Chain Consulting.

Job Description
Order management support:
- Cooperate to sales and WH to issue invoice when delivering
- Tracking and follow up with carrier and customer (include CO & CQ)
- Timely notify mentors/ supervisor any extraordinary occur
- PO and Invoice tracking, saving document onto folder, and record for payment process
- Inventory report update
- Customer information checking and correct before issuing final invoice
- Update VAT rate for material source
- Creating internal inventory transfer receipt
- Arrange hard document in order
- Submit supply chain document for sign and stamp as Department's inquiry
- Ad-hoc topics are discussed during period
Qualifications
- 3rd, 4th year student, entitled as full-time student during 6-month internship period with major in Accounting, Supply chain, Logistics, or International Economics
- No working experiences required, although students with dynamic experience in school/social activities will have big advantage.
- Experience in Logistics and transportation is preferred
- Good communication in English. Germany is a good point.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Power Point
- Interpersonal skills, Time Management skill, Task management skill & Presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail, work ethic, willing to learn
- Candidates must provide an official recommendation/introduction letter with stamp from their university
