Bosch first started its operations in Vietnam in 1994 and registered a wholly-owned subsidiary in 2008. According to the business strategy of Bosch in Vietnam, from 1st July 2014 on all business entities were merged into Bosch Vietnam Co. Ltd. with its head office at Ho Chi Minh City plant (Hc P) in Dong Nai Province.

Hc P has started its belt assembly in a rented building on 1st August 2008 as the assembly plant of Tilburg Plant (Tb P). On 14th April 2011, Hc P celebrated the inauguration of the new plant (Lth101 with 17,000 sqm), which did not only allow to increase the production depth, but also to facilitate the push belt assembly of this high-tech product. On 3rd July 2012 Hc P marked a big milestone by starting to produce the second component (loop-set) for its push belt. Since November 2012, Hc P doubled the production floor space and increase the net total floor space up to 56.000 m², and have successfully increased its production capacity and realized a lot of new line SOP’s.

Job Description

• Assist in the maintenance and improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS)- Hc P Process Compass
• Support the implementation and monitoring of measures to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations e.g IATF16949, Bosch central directive,…
• Support to internal system and process audit activities: organize, coordinate and follow up action plan
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data on Hc P performance metrics (KPI)
• Support the project leader in planning, organizing, and tracking project activities, milestones, and deliverables e.g Preventive Quality, Gap Analysis, Q-Mindset project
• Contribute to organize QMM7 informal & formal events (Q-mindset, PSD, Teambuilding, Diversity,…)
• Other admin task as assigned in ad-hoc cases

Qualifications

• Last year student major in Industrial Management/ Industrial engineering system or a related fields
• Good at reading, writing and communication in English
• Proficiency in MS Office (Presentation, Power BI)
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a proactive and positive attitude
• Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to propose innovative solutions.
• Good design skill/video making is a plus
