As part of Smart Dev’s aggressive growth plan we are looking to expand our sales team.
The role will report to the Sales Director and will be based at home. This role will require you to travel to client sites for meetings and will also occasional international travel

• Improve customer service processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
• Support the creation and presentation of new ideas to add value to our products to increase sales and company revenue.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Work to improve the customer feedback channels and communication to ensure a constant flow of reviews from them.
• Identify and report lucrative market business opportunities to capitalize on and increase the market share.
• Support the search for new suitable business partners to increase the brand’s networking capabilities and customer reach.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in related skills/ positions is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in clearly communicating the strategy verbally or in writing form.
• He/She must be business-minded, and willing to expand his/her business development experience.
• Good negotiation and persuasion skills will come in handy.
• A solution-oriented approach and the ability to keep calm under pressure and solve problems timely and effectively.
• Japanese (N2) communication.
