Job Description

• Verify/factual check logistics cost base on shipping document: Bill of Lading, Invoice, Packing List, Delivery Note.
• Checking and modifying Billing template from Logistic Service Provide (LSP) to follow BOSCH standard template.
• Upload billing template in system Cargo 2.5 timely.
• Detective control for payment of all entities for logistic clearance cost.
• Tracking delivery schedule for ongoing shipments.
• Prepare monthly reports per supervisor’s request.
• Any other task assigned by the direct superior from time to time.

Qualifications

• Preferable student in last semester in university related to Logistic, International Trade, Supply Chain, Customs Clearance.
• Good English communication skills. Japanese speaking is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Power Point.
• Good at Data Analysis is an advantage.
• Proactive, hardworking, and independent.
• Can-do attitude, urge in learning and development.
• Students with dynamic experience in school/social activities.
• Candidates must provide an official recommendation/introduction letter with stamp from their university
