The Job:
As a Maintenance & Facility Manager, you’ll be part of our Global Tools Storage team located in Vietnam Singapore Industrial Park 1, No. 35, Independent Avenue, Binh Hoa Ward, Thuan An Town, Binh Duong Province, Vietnam. Your working hours will be 48 hours/week.
You’ll get to:
- In charge of annual planning & budgeting for Maintenance & Facility activities of the plant
- Develop and manage the department's budget, ensuring cost-effective maintenance practices and adherence to financial goals.
- Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program that ensures the smooth operation of all equipment and facilities.
- In charge for the facility projects include but not limited to facility renovation, expansion
- Work with the production team to schedule maintenance activities that minimize downtime and maximize productivity, coordinate equipment inspections, and oversee the maintenance of all machines, tools, and equipment used in the manufacturing process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate, and implement automation solutions that enhance productivity, reduce operational costs, and improve product quality.
- Collaborate tightly with EHS to ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and other relevant regulations governing manufacturing facilities, while also exploring sustainability initiatives to align with corporate social responsibility objectives.
- Manage and lead a team of maintenance technicians and facility staff to ensure they are trained, motivated, and equipped to perform their duties effectively.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure that they provide quality services that meet SBD standard.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or related field.
Experiences: Minimum of 7-10 years of managerial experience in maintenance and facility management, property management particularly in a manufacturing environment.
Skills / Personalities:
- Strong knowledge of maintenance best practices, including preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, and corrective maintenance.
- Mature in computer mechanical drawing Auto CAD and other relevant software
- Project Management.
- Knowledge of automation systems and manufacturing technologies.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees, vendors, and contractors.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Keen sense of responsibility and integrity
- Strong awareness of Code of Conduct
- LEAN, Kaizen, GEMBA are plus
- English is the must, Chinese is plus
