Quality Assurance (E-Learning)

- Review and test e-learning modules, courses, and materials for quality, accuracy, and functionality.
- Verify content consistency, clarity, and correctness.
- Ensure multimedia elements (videos, audio, animations) are correctly integrated and functioning as intended.
- Develop and implement QA processes and standards for e-learning content.
- Create and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Conduct usability testing to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Identify, document, and report bugs, errors, and inconsistencies.\
- Collaborate with content developers, instructional designers, and technical teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure all content complies with industry standards, including accessibility (WCAG), SCORM/AICC compliance, and any relevant educational guidelines.
- Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.
- Propose and implement enhancements to QA processes and e-learning content.

Work closely with team leader to ensure alignment of QA processes across all
projects.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in QA/QC within the technology / e-learning industry or related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Moodle, Ispring…) is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
- Experience in the web and app development process, including planning, development, testing, and deployment phases.
- Effective communication skill in English is a plus.
- Well trained and dedicated to being able to catch the pace smoothly
- Attracted salary based on the ability of the candidate and the general salary framework set by the company.
- Salary review based on performance every 6 months if your basic salary is less than 30,000,000 VND. If your basic salary is from 30,000,000 VND, it will be reviewed every year
