Sales Assistant (B2B)

Main Responsibilities
1. Market screening:
  • Support Project Manager in conducting market research, market analysis, market benchmark, and coming up with conclusions as well as appropriate business plans for multi-sector projects.
2.Sales activities:
  • Support the Sales team in the process of finding, listing, and prequalification potential customers in multi-sector projects through appropriate online and offline channels.
  • Assist the Sales team in arranging appointments and welcoming customers.
  • Support back-office activities related to the Department's sales activities (Invoicing process, Payment follow-up, Monitoring sales expenses, and Internal paperwork process...).
  • Support the Project Manager in doing and completing the periodic Report for their specific project.
3.After Sales services:
  • After-sales support for customers.
  • Carry out activities related to increasing customer satisfaction.
  • Informing customers about sales, promotions, and policies.
  • Complaint handling
4.Market Intelligence:
  • Gathering and analyzing information relevant to the project’s market - trends, competitors, and customer (existing, lost, and targeted) monitoring to provide continuous insight into market trends such as competitors' and customers' values and preferences.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, and related majors.
  • Available for freshman. Experienced preferable.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good sales and customer care skills.
  • Excellent multi-tasking and time-management skills.
  • Good analytical skills, and flexible situation-handling skills.
  • Skills to find customers and support the sales department to increase your department's sales.
  • Have good vision and planning Fluent in English is mandatory (speaking & writing).
  • Good knowledge of office tools (Excel, Word, Power Point).
  • Experience in an international working environment is preferable.
  • Tactful, proactive and autonomous.
  • Well-organized and co-operates well with others; shares knowledge, experience, and information; supports others in the pursuit of team goals.
  • Can-do attitude and result-oriented.
  • Team player.
  • Careful and meticulous.
  • Ability to think creatively and sensitively.
  • Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
