Main Responsibilities
1- Relationship management (prospects/partners)

• Identify and engage potential prospects, thoroughly understanding their business needs and effectively presenting our solutions.
• Actively engage with partners to explore collaboration opportunities and strengthen mutually beneficial relationships.
• Follow-up, network and establish connections with partners and key contacts in all countries

2– Understanding and defining projects

• Understand client’s objectives and pain points to support the development of tailored strategies
• Collaborate with various departments and business units to collect necessary information.
• Prepare services offers and quotations.
• Brief operational teams about signed missions to explain client’s context and objectives.

3- Market research and communication

• Stay updated on the latest ASEAN markets developments, trends and barriers to provide insights during client’s meetings.
• Participate in designing comprehensive market reports that align with project strategies and offer valuable insights for decision-making.
• Communicate with other departments about last key information to take into account in their operational missions’ actions.

4- Strategic development

• Implement prospection strategy in line with departments objectives and competencies.
• Reach out to new prospects and clients (introduce our company, services and background).
• Seek out and secure new projects (respond to calls for tender or calls for projects).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business field or related.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in business development.
• Good in interpersonal & communication skill.
• High level of autonomy and organizational skill.
• Fluent in English and Vietnam, French would be an asset.
• Honest, proactive, social, creative.
• Able to travel for business trip.
