Main Responsibilities

• Lead improvement projects across Asia supply base. Work closely with sourcing, engineering, quality and suppliers to define and implement continuous improvement by providing subject matter expertise on microbiology criteria for childrens products and manufacturing processes.
• Work directly with suppliers to verify products and systems meet requirements and specifications.
• Conduct microbiology and quality system audits. Lead and influence suppliers to develop and verify corrective actions are completed.
• Define product and manufacturing system criteria within the product development process. Identify risks and provide solutions.
• Perform shipment inspections at suppliers. Lead structured problem-solving teams to identify root cause and implement permanent corrective action in response to supplier quality issues.
• Ensure production test plans are executed effectively at assigned suppliers.

Decision Making Capabilities:

• Determine the compliance of raw materials, work-in-process, and/or finished goods to established component/product specifications.
• Determine the appropriate test methods to confirm that Asia sourced products perform as intended.
• Define qualification criteria for new supplier processes; including verify cleaning and sanitization programs are effective.

Requirements

• B.S. degree in microbiology
• Fluency in English
• At least 5 years of experience in quality assurance in a manufacturing environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage onsite communication with factory’s technical & leadership team.
• Frequent travel within Asia countries & overseas.
• Knowledge of statistical methods.
• Ability to interpret product specifications and drawings.
• Work history of microbiology test and manufacturing problem solving.

Pay: From 30,000,000₫ per month
