SUMMARY
As a Sales Executive, you will be pivotal in driving new business and managing client relationships. This role is crucial for expanding our clients market presence and achieving significant sales growth. OBJECTIVES
  • Sales Growth: Drive strategic growth by expanding the client base and increasing revenue.
  • Client Acquisition: Secure new clients and enhance relationships with existing ones to ensure long-term success and customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Customer Targeting: Identify and engage potential clients through research and networking.
  • Product Demonstration: Present and effectively communicate the value of IT solutions to prospective clients.
  • Deal Negotiation: Close deals and oversee client onboarding.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Sales Strategy Collaboration: Work with the sales team to develop strategies for meeting sales goals.
  • Proposal Preparation: Create and deliver customized sales proposals and quotations.
  • Sales Tracking: Monitor sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.
  • Networking: Represent our client at industry events and conferences to expand your network.
  • Market Feedback: Provide insights on market trends and client needs to inform product development.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Open to: Vietnamese candidates.
  • Language: Proficiency in Vietnamese and English.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of proven sales experience in the IT sector or related industries.
  • Education: A Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred.

DETAILS
  • Reporting Line: Reports to the Business Development Manager (Vietnamese).
  • Team Management: Individual contributor role with no team management responsibilities.
  • Compensation: Base salary of 20-30 million VND gross per month, plus a sales commission scheme.
  • Benefits: Healthcare package and guaranteed 13th-month salary.
  • Engagement Type: Full-time, On-site, determined contract.
  • Working Location: Phu Nhuan, Ho Chi Minh City.
  • Working Time: Monday to Friday, standard business hours with flexibility to meet client needs.
