MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Assist the Director of Sales and Assistant Director of Sales in establishing a sales plan and budget to reflect the company’s and the hotel’s goals and objectives.

Maintains and upgrades communication networks to ensure the hotel has a competitive advantage in information and sales leads.
Conducts market analysis and devises strategies for generating new business.
Analyses the sales results and recommends ways to improve or solve the problems.
Furnishes monthly sales reports on a timely basis.
Achieves budgeted room night quotas and average rates set out in the yearly business plan for the hotel.
Performs other duties as assigned by the Director of Sales and Assistant Director of Sales
Direct and supervise Sales Executive/Assistant Sales Manager, Sales Coordinator

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
Minimum education of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel Management or relevant discipline

At least 7 years of comprehensive sales and marketing experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar position, preferably in hospitality.
Strong knowledge of hotel sales strategies, including corporate, leisure, and group sales, as well as experience in managing key client accounts and driving revenue from diverse market segments.
Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
Have a positive attitude toward challenges and the drive to excel
Possesses professional disposition with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
