Invest Talent JSC is supporting our client, a Japan Company specializing in the metal industry (steel, aluminium etc.), hiring a Vietnam Sales Manager with Chinese speaking skill.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand market share in the metal trading industry.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential clients and partnerships.
• Participate in the investment process of aluminum factory project in Vietnam.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable deals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the steel trading industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in both Vietnamese and Chinese (Mandarin) is required.
• Strong understanding of the steel market and industry dynamics.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel as needed.
