Aworld Vietnam is a company specializing in the trading of cosmetic products. They offer turn-key solutions for product sourcing and development and strive to be the best in the industry. In their Vietnam office, they are expanding their team and looking for a talented and motivated individual to join their fast-paced cosmetics sales and sourcing department.
SUMMARY
Aworld Vietnam is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and client-focused individual to support their sales team in the dynamic field of cosmetic trading and sourcing. In this role, the candidate will manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, as well as new clients introduced by the General Manager. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient transactions by handling essential documents, coordinating meetings, and providing administrative support.
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and new clients introduced by the General Manager, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  
• Sales Support: Generate and maintain accurate sales documents, including quotations, Proforma Invoices (PIs), Commercial Invoices, and Packing Lists.
  
• Product Sourcing: Assist with sourcing cosmetic products based on client needs, and negotiating with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
  
• Meeting Coordination: Arrange and summarize meetings, ensuring clear communication and follow-up.
  
• Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team as instructed by the supervisor.
  


• Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to cosmetic imports and exports, and provide insights to the sales team.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on client satisfaction and sales performance, suggesting improvements and adjustments to strategies as needed.
  

REQUIREMENTS

• Technical Skills: Strong ability to utilize Excel and Power Point for data analysis and presentations.
  
• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a sales or trading environment (preferred).
  
• Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  
• Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Proactivity: Proactive and eager to learn, with a client-focused mindset.
  

DETAILS
Reporting Line: To the General Manager
Compensation: Up to 15,000,000 VND per month gross
Engagement Type: Full-time, On-site
Working Location: Thao Dien, District 2
Working Time: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM.
