SAP Business Analyst

POSITION INFORMATION
Datalogic is looking for a candidate to join our Corporate ICT team.
As a member of the ICT team, you will be shaping the future of Datalogic’s success in a Business Analyst role in Demand & Business Applications department.
ROLE MISSION
The Business Analyst will report directly to Local ICT Manager (Legally) and Global Enterprise System Manager (Functionally). He/She will work directly with the users from various departments and provide application analysis, implementation, configuration, administration, troubleshooting and support services as the primary technical point of contact internally, engaging vendor technical support, as needed.
This position is responsible for maintaining accurate technical documentation and support application upgrade processes including testing, scheduling and implementation on a regular basis.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage SAP requests from internal customers.
- SAP customization to support enhancement and change requests to meet business requirements.
- Draft and submit technical specifications and diagrams related to corporate applications supported.
- Develop and maintain application documentation, including, but not limited to, configuration guides, application design guides, knowledge base documents, etc.
- Participation as a team member or as a project manager on projects.
- Develop training and testing plans on new processes and procedures related to corporate applications supported.
- Provide day to day support for internal customers on corporate applications supported.
- Supporting external customers and their IT teams on integrations related to corporate applications supported.
REQUIREMENTS
Education: College degree related to IT or Computer technology is required. SAP technical certification is preferred.
Primary Language: Fluent English: written and verbal communication. Chinse is a high plus
Experience: 1-3 years experiencing working in an SAP (or other ERP) functional capacity in a manufacturing or consulting environment.
Key skills: SAP -MM, SAP-WM, SAP-PP, SAP SD. MES is high plus
