I. WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Analyze the commercial power

+ Forecast the sales for the relevant site / building for convenience stores
+ Survey the surrounding relevant site (competitor, household)
+ Finding the site/building for CVS use
+ Examine possible sit for CVS
+ Experienced in writing a property contract

• Training Members

+ Train all members to understand Forecast the sales for convenience stores
+ Technical training for negotiation with the landlord

II. WHAT DO YOU NEED?

• At least 3 years of experience at the same role.

• Experienced in developing special places such as hospitals and schools

• Wide knowledge on SD and relationship with a broker

• Good command of English and computer skills.

• Quick learning, willing to take up challenges.

• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.

• Possess a high level of responsibility and commitment.

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
