• Do planning and make report for developing business project of amusement park yearly
• Search for leased premises for new project in Shopping Mall
• Negotiate the conditions of premise leasing contract;
• Plan to coordinate with other departments to deploy and build a new play area.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >

• Age: 28 - 40
• Gender: Any
• Education: Bachelor's Degree
• Language: English - Business Level
• Experience: Having experience in Site development, searching for sites in Shopping Mall for 2 years and more
• Can go on a business trip to provinces
• Have good communication and negotiation skills
• Obtain skills in MS Office of Word, Excel, PP
