<Job Responsibilities>
Construct on site supervision and support for bidding, contracts and other related work for ongoing
development projects in Hanoi, Vietnam. General construction project site supervision work as a developer.
*** Details :
1. Design supervision (Technical Design, Construction Design stage), schedule management, budget management, bidding management, contract management, construction supervision (quality control, safety management), etc. Construction project-related work among the development work performed by the developer. (※Mainly involved in architectural work)
2. Preparation of various documents, preparation of reports, review of construction drawings (CAD data), and guidance and advice on alternative plans.
3. Communication with project team members, and participation in project meetings (internal and external designers, contractors, consultants, business partners, etc.)
<Necessary Skill / Experience >

・University graduate or college graduate related to architectural technology
・Age: from 30 years old
・Gender: Any
・Language: English at Business level
・Experience:
- More than 8 years in the construction industry with experience at a real estate developer or general contractor, with experience in project management (PM) or construction management (CM)
* Experience in construction-related site supervision is not required, but rather experience in facilityrelated site supervision.
・ Skills/qualifications: Project manager qualification, construction manager qualification, basic PC skills.
