As a Student Recruitment Manager (Vietnam), your primary responsibility will be to achieve the recruitment target within the region for the Coventry University Group. You will be tasked with developing and implementing a comprehensive regional recruitment strategy. The post holder will advise future students and stakeholders, maximising conversion rates from applicant enquiries to enrolled students across institutions within the Coventry University Group. This will involve collaborating across recruitment, conversion, and admissions teams within CURA to drive performance in key markets, ensuring ambitious growth goals are met.

With extensive experience in delivering against ambitious sales targets in a complex, premium product range—ideally within an international context—you will be well-equipped to take on this role.

As a Student Recruitment Manager in Vietnam, you will be responsible for shaping and implementing the growth and diversification strategy of your region. You’ll work across multiple recruitment channels, including direct recruitment, agent and sponsor management, schools, FE, and HE networks. Your goal will be to drive demand while optimizing conversion rates from lead generation to enrolment across Coventry University Group.
