Job descriptions:

• Handle import/export customs procedures and provide client consultation
• Coordinate and manage tasks effectively to ensure smooth and timely customs clearance and logistics processes
• Conduct investigative research and analysis on customs and trade-related issues
• Support administrative duties, proposal preparation, and marketing material development
• Attend client meetings and document all relevant facts and information

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with a focus in Commerce, Trade, or Economics
• At least 2-3 years working in logistics positions, preferably in roles involving customs import/export clearance procedures, shipping and receiving, inventory management, or supply chain management
• Strong understanding and interpretation of customs regulations and relevant domestic (Incoterms, GATT, FTA, etc.)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
• Excellent spoken and written English skills. French is a plus
• Strong analytical and time management skills
• Willingness to travel as needed
