Talent Acquisition Manager

With the need of expending the team, we are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us fulfill the positions with various hiring managers. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent talent sourcing skill, time management and communication skills.

Main Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Development:
- Hold accountability for team performance and KPI setting, building efficient processes to enhance recruitment effectiveness.
- Provide leadership, training, and coaching to team members to uplift performance and ensure skill development.
- Offer consultancy to Hiring Managers and Heads of Departments to attract and successfully integrate talent into the organization.
- Establish and refine the recruitment process to ensure a strong foundation for all hiring activities.
- Create a candidate experience process that promotes positive interactions and engagement throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Analyze and forecast the hiring needs of departments to ensure alignment with business growth and strategy.
- Ensure timely recruitment of the right talent to meet current and growing business needs.
- Serve as the ambassador of the companys culture, ensuring all candidates are well-informed and leave with a positive impression.
- Implement strategies that include job posting optimization, recruiting channels, job boards, and recruitment campaigns.
- Partner with Hiring Managers to define clear job requirements, qualifications, and expectations, aligning with the roles needs and business goals.
- Develop and maintain a proactive talent pool to efficiently meet future hiring needs for growth and succession planning. Manage prospective candidates needs through effective communication.
- Enhance our employer brand to attract top talent and ensure a positive experience for all candidates.
- Take charge of planning, developing, managing, and overseeing employer branding activities.
- Support the integration of new hires during their first 3 to 6 months to ensure successful onboarding.
- Ensure compliance and collaboration across departments by verifying recruitment requests, team structure, reporting lines, headcount, and budget approvals.
- Confirm and partner with Hiring Managers to define clear job descriptions (JDs) and recruitment criteria before posting.
- Define recruitment milestones and ensure timely updates to Hiring Managers.
- Establish a clear interview process, including initial, final, and any test requirements.
- Estimate onboarding timelines and manage reference checks, offer negotiations, and onboarding logistics.
- Build and implement a recruitment system that streamlines the hiring process and tracks key metrics, providing real-time dashboards and reports for data-driven decision-making.
- Undertake recruitment assignments or projects as required to enhance the effectiveness of the talent acquisition team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years in a managerial or leading position in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the F&B, retail or lifestyle industry.
- Strong ability to manage high-demand stakeholders with tight deadlines and a service-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Vietnamese and English, with strong negotiation capabilities.
- Resilient and adaptable in fast-changing environments, with a strong sense of responsibility and a focus on solutions and results.
- Creative thinker with the ability to take initiative in assigned tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and relevant tools; experience in setting up recruitment systems and technology-savvy skills in creating dashboard reports.
