Job Objective:

Total Rewards Manager oversees the development and implementation of total reward strategies, ensuring competitive and equitable rewards to attract, retain, and motivate employees. Tasks include market analysis and policy design.
Responsibility:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive total rewards strategy to attract, motivate, and retain top talent
• Ensure compensation and benefits programs are competitive and aligned with market trends and company goals
• Manage the annual performance and salary review process, including budget planning and analysis
• Collaborate with HR business partners and other stakeholders to address compensation and benefits-related issues and provide solutions
• Lead the development and implementation of new compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct research and analysis on compensation and benefits trends and best practices and make recommendations for improvements.
  

Requirement:

1. Knowledge, education

• Bachelors degree in human resources, business administration, finance, or a related field.

2. Experiences

• Minimum 7 years of experience in total rewards within fields of F&B, Retail, FMCG
• Have experience working with rewards service providers (Mercer, Hay, Willis Towers Watson)

3. Skills

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong knowledge of local and federal laws related to compensation and benefits
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
• Experience in designing and implementing total rewards programs
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems

4. Others

• Experience in leading large-scale projects (e.g., ERP implementation, compensation design, etc.) with strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to complete a broad range of related action items.
