THE ROLE…
Reporting to the Residential Sales Manager, you will be working in a hands-on role
managing a portfolio of key accounts within the residential building sector, owning
outcomes, nurturing strong relationships and communicating effectively across multiple
stakeholder groups.

This role is responsible for (but not limited to):

Managing a portfolio of accounts in the residential building sector
Supporting reliable ‘Delivered In Full and On Time’ outcomes
Developing, implementing, and maintaining key account plans
Meeting Key Performance Indicator targets and objectives
Expanding revenue by cross-selling and upselling product ranges and services
Forecasting customer demand requirements
Maintaining current product ranging and customer requirement profiles
Managing and communicating relevant changes with builder account activities
Site visits and audits responding to customer requirements
Proactively reporting customer and market insights and identifying related opportunities

THE PERSON…
We are seeking an industry professional with a proven successful track record of
managing a portfolio of key accounts with a methodical and driven approach to
outstanding customer experiences.

You will also:

Have previous customers who speak highly of your ability to understand their needs and build long-term relationships
Be an active and intelligent communicator
Convey a professional approach and ability to take the initiative
