Position Overview:
As a Management Accountant, you will be responsible for the effective and efficient processing of financial reporting, budgetary systems, and cost management. You will advise management on financial implications of business decisions, contributing to our growth and profitability.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Undertake financial administration tasks to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Liaise with managerial staff and other colleagues to support financial initiatives.
- Analyze business operations, advising on revenue and expenditure trends, financial commitments, and future revenues.
- Assist in formulating and implementing budgetary and accounting policies.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and commentaries.
- Negotiate and secure finance for major projects.
- Control and forecast income and expenditure, focusing on cost management.
- Develop business strategies to enhance shareholder value.
- Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures.
- Analyze financial data to recommend efficient use of resources and improve procedures.
- Provide strategic recommendations and solutions to financial challenges.
