We are looking for an Accountant & Office Admin to join our WA team.
Role responsibilities:
- Operate Account Software (XERO), including general and sub-ledger management and interaction.
- Process payroll.
- Monitor/check Bookkeeping.
- Issue of invoices.
- Issue of quotes and purchase orders.
- Handle reimbursement.
- Register Asset.
- Prepare and monitor cash flow.
- Be responsible to Account payable and account receivable.
- Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries.
- Document financial transactions by entering account information.
- Summarize current financial status by collecting information, prepare balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analysing account information.
- Prepare payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.
- Prepare general financial reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing account information and trends.
- maintain internal accounting systems.
- Maintain all office/warehouse supplies as required.
- Provide general administrative support when required.
- Support upper management and assist with operational tasks as required.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance is required
- At least three years of relevant accounting experience is required
- High Skill Level on Microsoft Office software is required
- Good language skill in English is essential
- Driver license and own vehicle is preferred
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Reliable, punctual, efficient and self-motivated
- Full-time work right in Australia
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
