About the Role

• Liaise with Nursing Staff to obtain correct details for completion of admissions, discharges and transfers to the ward and record information accurately into the hospital information systems; and effectively liaising with employees and consumers via telephone, email and in person to source relevant information required.
• Liaising with relevant nursing staff to facilitate completion of the Patient Election Form (PEF).
• Prioritise workload effectively and perform duties responsibly in the absence of supervision.
• Execute ethical decision-making in the achievement of departmental and organisational objectives.
