About us:
North Rockhampton Nursing Centre caters for those who are unable to live independently at home for a variety of reasons. It is home to over 120 residents and is spread over three wings. About the role:
Provide a high-level, professional client-centred administration service through the efficient performance of general administrative duties that support a range of residential aged care activities.

• Complete a range of administration and financial duties to contribute to the daily operations of the department.
• Provide general reception and telephone answering services, ensuring that priority schedules and deadlines are effectively met.
• Utilise hospital-specific computer systems such as Financial and Materials Management Information System (FAMMIS) and Aged Care Information Management System (AICMS).

About you:

• Ability to utilise conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills in the prioritisation of workloads and achievements of deadlines.
• Ability to provide accurate and efficient administration support within a health care environment.
• Good communication, consultation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills which support best practice customer service in a multidisciplinary team environment.

What we offer:Salary information:
Total remuneration value of up to $39,062 p.a. is comprised of:

• An hourly rate between $38.81 - $43.16 p.h.
• 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
• 17.5% leave loading
