- Provide timely, high-quality advice and support in relation to required duties (e.g. finance, human resources, stores, payroll, rostering or casework).
- Provide support and training to AO2 administrative staff and ancillary employees.
- Provide administrative coordination and support in relation to required duties (may include asset management, financial, human resource, performance reporting, business processes, quality management, or procurement systems).
- Liaise with internal and external clients and stakeholders in relation to inquiries relevant to the youth remand centre.
- Allocate, prioritise and perform tasks for required duties in accordance with relevant departmental policy and procedures; financial and administrative delegations; awards and agreements and legislation; or practice manuals.
- Participate productively and collaboratively as a member of a team in delivering support and services to clients.
