About the Role

• Complete general administration and secretarial duties including minute taking, mail, typing, formatting, photocopying, data entry and travel bookings as required.
• Contribute to quality improvement activities, maintain high levels of customer confidentiality and privacy, and recommend changes to improve efficiency and quality of customer service.
• Demonstrated experience in complex project environments, including accurate formation and distribution of reports and an ability to help coordinate events.
