About the Role: As the Administration Officer - Endoscopy Unit, you will provide high level administrative support to clinical staff to enhance patient care. This includes:

• Performing general reception duties, including management of patient appointment bookings, and accurate registration of patients.
• Responding to general customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information and assistance to clients and staff to facilitate service delivery.
• Ensuring accurate and timely data entry to HBCIS, ESM, ESSIS and integrated Electronic Medical Record (ie MR) including new patient registrations, admissions, discharges and transfers relating to the ward.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in handling a wide range of enquiries and providing excellent customer service, and the ability to your their empathy and discretion related to sensitive situations.
• Well-developed negotiation, conflict resolution and relationship building skills.

• The capability to work autonomously and within a team-environment, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
