About the Role

• Process payroll forms and respond to payroll enquiries.
• Open, sort and distribute internal and external mail in accordance with appropriate unit practices.
• Attend compulsory meetings and training as required.
• Respond to customer enquires via phone, email and in person.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of databases while maintaining a high level of data integrity.
