What You’ll Do:

• Be the friendly face and voice of our office, assisting customers and keeping our team on track.
• Handle bookings, schedules, and general admin duties like a pro.
• Support our sales and operations teams with your organizational wizardry.
• Keep our office running smoothly and efficiently.

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent communication and people skills.
• A knack for organization and attention to detail.
• Tech-savviness with Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
• A team player with a can-do attitude.
• Previous admin experience is a plus but not essential – we’ll train the right person!
