Administration Support Assistant (Casual)

Casual Part-Time (Weekdays 8.30am - 2.30pm) hourly rate $32.20 plus 25% casual loading
Attractive salary packaging options (up to $15,900 per year tax free) and an additional $2,650 for Meals and Entertainment;

We are currently seeking applications for an experienced administrator to join our team in Palmyra. The Administration Support position is the first point of contact for internal and external customer queries. This role will support our Meal on Wheels team to provide excellent customer service to customers both in person and over the phone.

Essential Criteria:

A passion for excellence in customer service;
Ability to deal with a high volume of phone calls in a professional manner;
Excellent organisational skills and an ability to multi-task and meet deadlines;
Good communication skills both written and verbal when assisting people who are elderly/frail/with disability;
Strong computer proficiency;
Experience in using invoicing and client databases;
Assisting in other areas as needed, including supporting the kitchen team and delivering meals to our customers if required.

Prerequisites:

NDIS Worker Screening Check or willing to apply
Current Western Australian C Class Drivers Licence
First Aid Certificate
