Administration Support Assistant (Casual)
PART TIME & CONTRACT

- Casual Part-Time (Weekdays 8.30am - 2.30pm) hourly rate $32.20 plus 25% casual loading
- Attractive salary packaging options (up to $15,900 per year tax free) and an additional $2,650 for Meals and Entertainment;
Essential Criteria:
- A passion for excellence in customer service;
- Ability to deal with a high volume of phone calls in a professional manner;
- Excellent organisational skills and an ability to multi-task and meet deadlines;
- Good communication skills both written and verbal when assisting people who are elderly/frail/with disability;
- Strong computer proficiency;
- Experience in using invoicing and client databases;
- Assisting in other areas as needed, including supporting the kitchen team and delivering meals to our customers if required.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or willing to apply
- Current Western Australian C Class Drivers Licence
- First Aid Certificate
